Ботулинотерапия является эффективным методом лечения, но ее отсроченная эффективность при монотерапии требует разработки комбинированных подходов.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: сравнить эффективность применения ботулинотерапии и ее комбинации с электротерапией у пациентов с хронической мигренью и цервикалгией на разных этапах реабилитации.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 58 пациентов, разделенных на две группы: первая группа (n=30) получала ботулинотерапию (I), вторая группа (n=28) – электротерапию и ботулинотерапию (II). Оценивались частота, выраженность болевого синдрома и количество принимаемых анальгетиков до лечения, через 1 и 3 месяца.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Через месяц лечения воII группе отмечено достоверное снижение частоты приступов ГБ, цервикалгии и количества принимаемых анальгетиков по сравнению с I группой. Через 3 месяца показатели продолжали улучшаться без достоверной разницы между группами.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Комбинированное применение электротерапии и ботулинотерапии эффективно влияет на болевой синдром в период реабилитации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic Migraine and Cervicalgia Significantly Impact Patients’ Quality of Life. Botulinum Therapy is an Effective Treatment, but Its Limited Efficacy as Monotherapy Necessitates the Development of Combined Approaches.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To compare the effectiveness of botulinum therapy and its combination with electrotherapy in patients with chronic migraine and cervicalgia.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The study included 58 patients divided into two groups: the first group (n = 30) received botulinum therapy, while the second group (n = 28) underwent electrotherapy combined with botulinum therapy. Pain severity was assessed before treatment, and at 1 and 3 months after therapy initiation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. After a month of treatment, in group II there was a significant decrease in the frequency of headache attacks, cervicalgia and the number of analgesics taken compared to group I. After 3 months, scores continued to improve, with no significant difference between groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
