Сравнительное исследование, посвященное лечению тревожно-депрессивного синдрома ксеноном, включающее 60 больных. Для оценки эффективности ксенонотерапии больные были разделены на две группы по 30 человек: основную и контрольную. Первая группа получала противотревожные препараты и антидепрессанты группы СИОЗС и 5 процедур ксенонотерапии в течение 10 дней, а контрольная группа получала только противотревожные препараты и антидепрессанты. Группы были сопоставимы по возрасту, полу, по тяжести тревожных и депрессивных проявлений. У пациентов, получавших помимо медикаментозной терапии ингаляции ксеноном, отмечался лучший регресс жалоб как тревожного, так и депрессивного характера после пяти сеансов ксенонотерапии.

A comparative study on the treatment of anxiety-depressive syndrome with xenon, including 60 patients. To assess the effectiveness of xenon therapy, the patients were divided into 2 groups of 30 people: the main group and the control group. The first group received anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressants of the SSRI group and 5 xenotherapy procedures for 10 days, while the control group received only anti-anxiety drugs and antidepressants. The groups were comparable in age, gender, and severity of anxiety and depressive symptoms. In patients receiving xenon inhalation in addition to drug therapy, there was a better regression of both anxiety and depressive complaints after five sessions of xenon therapy.
