Нарушения стато-локомоторной функции после перенесенного ишемического инсульта (ИИ) связаны с ухудшением качества жизни пациентов и увеличением риска преждевременной смертности.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оценить влияние функциональной электростимуляции (ФЭС) и компьютерного стабилометрического тренинга с биологической обратной связью (БОС) на восстановление мышечной силы и мышечного тонуса у пациентов в резидуальном периоде ИИ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследовано 160 пациентов сгемипарезами легкой (57,5%) и умеренной степени (42,5%) врезидуальном периоде ИИ, рандомизированных на4 равные группы (n=40) в зависимости отреабилитационного воздействия: 1- я группа применения программируемой ФЭС, 2-я группа – с использованием БОС-стабилотренинга, 3-я группа – сочетанного применения данных методов и 4-я – группа контроля, получавшая стандартную программу медицинской реабилитации (МР). Срок наблюдения составил 6 месяцев. В процессе МР оценивались мышечная сила (MRCS), мышечный тонус (MAS) и функциональная независимость пациентов в повседневной жизни (индекс Бартел).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Комплексная МР с включением ФЭС и БОС-стабилотренинга достоверно (p&lt;0,05) улучшила силу мышц бедра в группе с программируемой ФЭС –с 3,48±0,17 до 4,22±0,15 балла; силу мышц бедра в группе ФЭС и БОС-стабилотренинга–с 3,33±0,22 до 4,3±0,12 и голени с 3,18±0,14 до 3,52±0,12 балла. Положительная статистически значимая динамика сохранялась к 5-й неделе и 6 мес. наблюдения в 1-й и 3-й группах пациентов и ассоциировалась с улучшением функциональной независимости по индексу Бартел (p&gt;&lt;0,05). Заключение. Stato-locomotor disorders are associated with poor quality of life and risk of premature death in afterstroke patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the effect of functional electrical stimulation (FES) and biofeedback (BFB) stabilometric training on muscle strength and muscle tone in the chronic period of ischemic stroke (IS) patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Matherials and Methods</title><p>Matherials and Methods. The 160 patients in the chronic period of IS were randomized into four equal groups (n=40) depending on the rehabilitation programm: 1 group of FES, 2 group using BFB-stabilometric training, 3 group of combined application of FES and BFB-stabilometric training, and 4 control group receiving the standard medical rehabilitation (MR). The follow-up period was 6 months. Muscle strength was assessed using the MRC scale, muscle tone – by the modified Ashworth scale, and patients' functional independence in daily life – by the Barthel index (BI).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Complex MR with the FES and BFB-stability training significantly (p &lt;0.05) improved muscle strength: in the group with FES, thigh muscles – from 3.48±0.17 to 4.22±0.15 points (hip); in the group of FES and BFB-stability training – from 3.33±0.22 to 4.3±0.12 (hip) and from 3.18±0.14 to 3.52±0.12 points (shin). The positive statistically significant dynamics were determined by week 5 and 6 months of follow-up in groups 1 and 3 of patients and was associated with an improvement in functional independence according to the BI (p &lt;0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
