Участие половых гормонов в физиологических процессах овуляции, имплантации и последующей гестации обосновывает возможность применения их аналогов в практике лечения женщин с нарушенной фертильностью. Препараты прогестерона широко используются для коррекции нарушений менструального цикла, в программах вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, для профилактики и лечения гестационных осложнений. В обзоре представлен опыт российских и зарубежных исследователей по применению препаратов микронизированного прогестерона в вагинальной лекарственной форме с целью восстановления фертильности и сохранения беременности у женщин с бесплодием и невынашиванием беременности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fertility disorders - infertility and miscarriage - are one of the most urgent problems in «obstetrics and gynecology)) specialty. The participation of sex hormones in the physiological processes of ovulation, implantation and subsequent gestation justifies the possibility of using their analogues in the practice of treating women with impaired fertility. Progesterone preparations are widely used for correction of menstrual cycle disorders, in programs of assisted reproductive technologies, for the prevention and treatment of gestational complications.
