Феохромоцитома – это редкая нейроэндокринная опухоль, которая продуцирует катехоламины. Несмотря на очевидность клинических проявлений, имеются трудности ее диагностики, поскольку классические симптомы встречаются не всегда или могут быть неочевидными. В статье представлен клинический случай пациента с феохромоцитомой и уже имеющейся в анамнезе гипертонической болезнью. Описаны патогенез и особенности диагностики, а также клинические характеристики, указывающие на вторичную артериальную гипертензию. Продемонстрирована морфологическая картина, тактика ведения пациента и его состояние в послеоперационном периоде.

Pheochromocytoma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor that produces catecholamines. Despite the obvious clinical manifestations, there are difficulties in diagnosing it, since the classic symptoms are not always found or may not be obvious. The article presents a clinical case of a patient with pheochromocytoma and a history of hypertension. The pathogenesis and diagnostic features are described, as well as clinical characteristics indicating secondary arterial hypertension. The morphological picture, management tactics of the patient and his condition in the postoperative period are demonstrated.
