В ходе исследования нами проведен сравнительный анализ эффективности применения менопаузальной гормональной терапии у женщин в постменопаузе с нейровегетативными и психоэмоциональными проявлениями климактерического синдрома на фоне дефицита витамина D и терапии, включающей комбинацию витамин D и менопаузальную гормональную терапию. Основным методом, подтверждающим эффективность препарата, являлась динамика индекса Куппермана (вегетативные и психоэмоциональные симптомы). Критерии эффективности - динамика суммарного балла индекса Куппермана и различие его по сравнению с исходными данными - достигнуты в процессе исследования. Установлено, что совместное применение витамина D и менопаузальной гормональной терапии в течение 12 месяцев показало наибольшую эффективность при психоэмоциональных проявлениях климактерического синдрома у женщин в постменопаузе. Своевременная коррекция дефицита витамина D может значимо повысить качество жизни женщин в постменопаузальном периоде.
In this study the analysis of the effectiveness of menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) in postmenopausal women with neuro-vegetative and psycho-emotional manifestations of climacteric syndrome against the background of vitamin D deficiency and the scheme including combined treatment containing MHT and vitamin D was conducted. The main method of confirming the effectiveness of the drug is the dynamics of the Kupperman index (vegetative and psycho-emotional symptoms). Performance criteria - the dynamics of total score of Kupperman index and the difference compared with its original data - are achieved in the research process. It was found that menopausal hormone therapeutic course with vitamin D correction for 12 months improved the parameters of psycho-emotional manifestation of the climacteric syndrome in postmenopausal women significantly. The modern correction of vitamin D deficiency can improve the quality of life in postmenopausal women.
