Удаление правого глазного яблока и окружающих тканей после комбинированного лечения базальноклеточного рака правой орбиты привело к формированию дефекта, нарушившего качество жизни пациентки. Закрытие дефекта путем пересадки комбинированного лоскута в данном случае не имеет смысла. Изготовление эктопротеза без опорных элементов с учетом сформировавшейся анатомии не позволяет достичь надежной фиксации эктопротеза. Использование клеевых композиций для фиксации в данной области крайне ограничено и применяется редко. Реабилитация пациентов с обширными комбинированными дефектами челюстно-лицевой области реализуется с использованием имплантат-протезных конструкций. Представлен клинический случай эктопротезирования правой орбиты с детальным обсуждением всех аспектов проектирования, прототипирования и изготовления протеза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   During operations for the removal of tumors in the maxillofacial region, aesthetic facial defects and functional disorders are formed: disorders of speech, chewing, swallowing and breathing. Removal of the right eyeball and surrounding tissues after combined treatment of basal cell carcinoma of the right orbit led to the formation of a defect that disrupted the patient’s quality of life. Closing the defect by transplanting a combined flap does not make sense in this case. The manufacture of an ectoprosthesis without supporting elements, taking into account the formed anatomy, does not allow to achieve reliable fixation of the ectoprosthesis. The use of adhesive compositions for fixation in this area is extremely limited and rarely used. Rehabilitation of patients with extensive combined defects of the maxillofacial region is carried out using implant-prosthetic structures.
