   Продуктивно-деструктивная и продуктивная формы хронического остеомиелита челюстных костей являются редкой и малоизученной патологией челюстно-лицевой области, в связи с чем возникают трудности в диагностике, дифференциальной диагностике и лечении.

   В связи с этим, целью настоящего исследования явилось выявление значимых диагностических и дифференциально-диагностических клиническо-рентгенологических критериев у пациентов с продуктивно-деструктивной формой хронического остеомиелита челюстных костей.

   Было проведено обследование и лечение 53 пациентов с хроническими формами остеомиелита челюстных костей. Выявлены основные критерии, которые имеют важное значение в диагностике продуктивно-деструктивной формы хронического остеомиелита, что является основой для планирования комплексного лечения.

   Primary chronic osteomyelitis of the jaw bones is a rare and poorly studied pathology in the maxilofacial region, which causes difficulties in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to identify significant diagnostic and differential diagnostic clinical and radiological criteria in patients with productive-destructive form of chronic osteomyelitis of the jaw bones.

   53 patients with chronic forms of osteomyelitis of the jaw bones were examined and treated. The main criteria that are important in the diagnosis of productive-destructive form of chronic osteomyelitis and comes as basis for planning comprehensive treatment were identified.
