Метод лечения периимплантита следует выбирать в зависимости от степени заболевания. В то же время известно, что применение разнообразных систем нанодоставки позволяет создать благоприятную платформу для применения лекарственных препаратов при лечении больных переиимплантитом в результате наличия физико-химических и таргетных свойств. В проведенном обзоре представлен анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвященной вопросам возможностей и проблем применения лазерофореза и липосомального комплекса при лечении больных переиимплантитом. В то же время выявлены перспективные возможности адресного воздействия липосом с взаимодействием размещенных на их основе фотосенсибилизаторов, химиотерапевтических препаратов и различных терапевтических компонентов на конкретные структуры биологической клетки. Проведен анализ и систематизация имеющихся современных данных о применении лазерных технологий и липосомальных комплексов при лечении больных с заболеванием пародонта. Установлено отсутствие клинических исследований по представленной в статье тематике, с минимальным уровнем изученности использования этой методики при лечении патологических изменений в тканях пародонта, что обуславливает актуальность проведения дальнейших исследований в этом направлении с целью обеспечения увеличения эффективности лечений при проведении дентальной имплантации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Peri-implantitis is a common problem, leading to tissue destruction and implant loss. The method of treatment for peri-implantitis should be selected depending on the extent of the disease. The diverse physicochemical and targeting properties of nanodelivery systems provide a favorable platform for drug delivery for the treatment of peri-implantitis. The review presented herein analyzes domestic and foreign literature devoted to the issues of possibility and problems of application of laser phoresis and liposomal complex in the treatment of peri-implantitis patients. The analysis and systematization of available modern data on the application of laser technologies and liposomal complexes in periodontal treatment is carried out.
