Мелазма является достаточно распространенной патологией, которая относится приобретенным меланиновым гиперпигментациям с клинической симптоматикой, затрагивающей исключительно кожу и проявляющейся в виде пятнистых элементов с вариацией цвета от светло- до темно-коричневого цвета и типичной локализацией патологического процесса на коже лица. В настоящем исследовании провели оценку эффективности использования разработанного комбинированного метода терапии с использованием дерматокосметики, IPL терапии и лазеротерапии неодимовым лазером. Общая терапевтическая эффективность в соответствие с динамикой показателя индекса MASI составила 59,6 %, индекса MSI – 77 %, MELASQoL – 74,2 %.

Melasma is a fairly common pathology that refers to acquired melanin hyperpigmentation with clinical symptoms affecting exclusively the skin and manifested in the form of spotty elements with color variations from light to dark brown and typical localization of the pathological process on the skin of the face. In this study, we assessed the effectiveness of the developed combined therapy method using dermatocosmetics, IPL therapy and laser therapy with a neodymium laser. The overall therapeutic effectiveness in accordance with the dynamics of the MASI index was 59.6 %, the MSI index – 77 %, and the MELASQoL – 74.2 %.
