Оценить точность работы детектора QRS-комплексов комплекса суточного мониторирования ЭКГ и АД «Медиком-комби» с использованием тестовой базы ЭКГ-сигналов MIT-BIH согласно требованиям ГОСТ Р МЭК 60601–2–47–2017, 30324.2.47–2012.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В ходе испытаний работа детектора проверялась на базе MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database, содержащей 48 записей длительностью по 30 мин. Каждому выделенному комплексу QRS присваивался один из следующих типов: N (комплекс наджелудочковой топики, нормальный QRS-комплекс, в том числе блокады ножек пучка Гиса), V (комплекс желудочковой топики), U (комплекс, топику которого эксперты затрудняются определить) и A (артефакт). Определялись показатели чувствительности (Sen), специфичности или положительной предсказательной ценности (PPR), а также гипердиагностики (FPR).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Чувствительность детектора QRS-комплексов комплекса суточного мониторирования ЭКГ и АД «Медиком-комби» составила 99,98%, специфичность – 99,87%. Чувствительность определения желудочковых комплексов составила 99,97%, специфичность определения желудочковых комплексов – 99,64%. Гипердиагностика желудочковых комплексов не превышает 0,03%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Комплекс суточного мониторирования ЭКГ и АД «Медиком-комби», предназначенный для многосуточного мониторирования ЭКГ, имеет достаточные показатели чувствительности и специфичности для анализа холтеровских записей ЭКГ, а также выявления желудочковых эктопических комплексов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To evaluate the accuracy of the QRS complex detectorof the Medicom-combi complex for daily monitoring of ECG and blood pressure using the MIT-BIH ECG signal test database in accordance with the requirements of GOST R IEC60601–2–47–2017, 30324.2.47–2012.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. During the tests, the operation of the detector was evaluated using the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database, containing 48 records of 30 minutes each. Each selected QRS complex was assigned one of the following types: N (supraventricular complex, normal QRS complex, including bundle branch block), V (ventricular complex), U (complex that experts find difficult to determine) and A (artifact). Rates of sensitivity (Sen), specificity or positive predictive rate (PPR), and overdiagnosis (FPR) were determined.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The sensitivity of the QRS complex detector of the Medicom-combi complex for daily monitoring of ECG and blood pressure was 99,98%, and the specificity was 99,87%. The sensitivity of determining ventricular complexes was 99,97%, the specificity of determining ventricular complexes was 99,64%. Overdiagnosis of ventricular complexes does not exceed 0,03%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
