Установка дентальных имплантатов в резцовую область часто бывает затруднительной за счет центропитального пути атрофии альвеолярного отростка после утраты зубов, дополнительную проблему может создавать близко лежащий к зоне имплантации носо-небный канал с сосудисто-нервным пучком. В статье демонстрируется клинический случай применения пьезохирургической методики расщепления альвеолярного гребня в резцовой области в условиях значительной атрофии костной ткани в комбинации с методикой направленной костной регенерации по Иштвану Урбану и одномоментной имлантацией.
The installation of dental implants in the incisal area is often difficult due to the centropital pathway atrophy of the alveolar bone after the loss of teeth, an additional problem may be creating a nasal palatine canal close to the implantation zone with a neurovascular bundle. The clinical case demonstrates the use of the piezo-surgical technique for cleavage of the alveolar ridge in the incisal area under the conditions of a significant atrophy of the bone tissue in combination with the technique of directed bone regeneration by Istvan Urban and one-stage implantation.
