Е.В. Боровского ФГАОУ ВО Первый МГМУ им. И.М. Сеченова (Сеченовский Университет). В опросе приняли участие 100 респондентов различных стоматологических специальностей в возрасте от 20 до 54 лет. Для статистического анализа полученных результатов был использован доверительный интервала Уилсона (Wilson score interval), t-критерий Стьюдента.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: в ходе исследования было установлено, что большая часть опрошенных врачей-стоматологов (54%) испытывает трудности при диагностике заболеваний слизистой оболочки рта (СОР). При этом врачи-стоматологи со стажем более 5 лет чаще диагностируют заболевания данной группы, чем специалисты с меньшим опытом работы (p&lt;0,05). Чаще выявляют патологию врачи-стоматологи хирурги (46,6%) и ортопеды (50%), (p&gt;0,05). Клиницисты связывают затруднения диагностики с недостатком опыта работы (85%) и низкой встречаемостью пациентов с заболеваниями данной группы (65%). При проведении лечебно-диагностического пособия 84% респондентов отметили, что сравнивают свои клинические случаи с фото клинических случаев в Интернете и других ресурсах, 78% специалистов считают, что применение технологии машинного зрения позволит повысить эффективность диагностики заболеваний слизистой оболочки рта на клиническом приеме. В ходе проведенного исследования выявлено, что 85% опрошенных врачей-стоматологов однозначно использовали бы цифровые программы с технологией машинного зрения на клиническом приеме для проведения лечебно-диагностического пособия.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: подтверждено наличие проблематики в проведении лечебно-диагностического пособия при заболеваниях слизистой оболочки рта, для ее решения обоснована востребованность и необходимость разработки и внедрения в клиническую практику цифровых систем на основе Искусственного интеллекта с применением технологии машинного зрения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to justify the necessity of machine learning technology in treatment and diagnostics in dentistry.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: the research was taken using the method of anonymous questionnaire to estimate the demand and necessity of machine learning technology in diagnostics and treatment in dentistry on the basis of the E.V Borovsky Institute of Dentistry I.M Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University). 100 participants from different dental specialities aged 20 to 54 took part in the questionnaire. Wilson score interval and Student’s T Critical Values were used for the statistical analysis of the </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: during the study, it was found that the majority of dentists who participated in the questionnaire (54%) have challenges in diagnosing oral mucosal diseases. Herewith dentists with work experience more than 5 years diagnose this kind of disease more frequently than specialists with less work experience (p&lt;0.05). Surgical dentists (46,6%) and prosthetic specialists (50%) diagnose this pathology most often. Clinicians attribute diagnostic challenges to the lack of experience (85%) and low occurrence of patients with this group of diseases. During treatment and diagnostics 84% of residents mentioned that they compare their patients’ clinical cases with clinical cases from the Internet and other resources, 78% of residents believe that machine learning will help to increase the efficiency of diagnosing oral mucosal diseases in clinical work.
