Все перечисленное заставляет исследователей обращать пристальное внимание на объективность существующих критериев лабораторной диагностики ассоциированных заболеваний, в том числе – на методы определения бактериурии. Внедрение в практику лаборатории производительного бактериологического анализатора позволило бы организовать скрининговые исследования ИМП с высокой чувствительностью и специфичностью, параллельно с массовыми исследованиями распространенности резистентных фенотипов. Это, в свою очередь, может явиться основой для создания системы высокоэффективной и обоснованной антибиотикотерапии, и, в целом, способствовать улучшению эпидемиологической ситуации, связанной с этими инфекциями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are characterized by high prevalence in various populations, recurrent course, complications and accumulation of antibiotic resistant strains. Researchers continue to search for objective criteria for the laboratory diagnosis of associated diseases, including methods for determining bacteriuria The implementation of anautomatic bacteriological analyzer into the laboratory practice would make possible to organize screening studies of UTIs with high sensitivity and specificity, in parallel with studies of the resistant phenotypes’prevalence.
