Цель. Оптимизировать диагностику хронического эндометрита. Оценить влияние различных факторов на формирование хронического эндометрита у пациенток с бесплодием, исследовать эффективность офисной гистероскопии и биопсии эндометрия в диагностике хронического эндометрита.

Материалы и методы исследования. Проведен ретроспективный анализ историй болезни пациенток схроническим эндометритом ибесплодием в анамнезе за период с 2020 по 2022 г. на базе Ставропольского краевого клинического многопрофильного центра в г. Ставрополе.

Результаты

Результаты. По результатам проведенного исследования гистероскопия с выскабливанием полости матки стала одним из ведущих факторов риска развития хронического эндометрита. Более щадящая офисная гистероскопия с биопсией эндометрия показала высокую чувствительность, но среднюю специфичность в диагностике хронического эндометрита.

Target

Target. Optimize the diagnosis of chronic endometritis. To evaluate the influence of various factors on the formation of chronic endometritis in patients with infertility, to study the effectiveness of office hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy in its diagnosis.

Materials and methods of research. A retrospective analysis of the medical histories of patients with chronic endometrioma and a history of infertility was conducted for the period from 2020 to 2022 at the Stavropol Regional Clinical Multidisciplinary Center in Stavropol.

Results

Results. Hysteroscopy with endometrial scratching, as well as routine endometrial curettage, were among the leading risk factors for the development of chronic endometritis. More gentle office hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy showed high sensitivity but average specificity in the diagnosis of chronic endometritis.
