Диагностика состояния тканей пародонта на этапе комплексного планирования лечения стоматологического пациента является важным этапом в работе врачей стоматологов. Наличие сложностей в диагностике фенотипического состояния десны диктует необходимость поиска дополнительных клинических методов диагностики, позволяющих с минимальными временными и финансовыми затратами определять фенотип.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Определить взаимосвязь антропометрических значений лица (ширина и высота лица) и пола с фенотипом десны.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В ходе клинических осмотров был проведен анализ антропометрических данных мужчин и женщин, полученных в результате фотометрии, результатов исследования фенотипа десны трансдесневым зондированием по методике Де Роук и данных КЛКТ (конусно-лучевая компьютерная томография) у пациентов с дальнейшим распределением их на группы. Всего в исследовании приняли участие 45 человек, из них 12 мужчин и 33 женщин.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Статистическая обработка полученных данных показала, что для мужчин различия между группами с разным фенотипом (толстый/тонкий) достоверны по параметру ширина лица. Для женщин с разным фенотипом десны (толстый и тонкий) получены достоверные различия между группами по параметрам высота лица и ширина лица. Фенотип десны коррелирует с шириной лица (заметная корреляция для всех, высокая для мужчин и женщин по-отдельности); высотой лица (умеренная корреляция для всех, мужчин и женщин); но не коррелирует с лицевым индексом и полом.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Таким образом, исследование показало, что комбинированное диагностическое обследование пациента, учитывающее пол, высоту и ширину лица у женщин, ширину лица у мужчин может помочь в правильной оценке фенотипа десны.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Diagnosis of the condition of periodontal tissues at the stage of comprehensive treatment planning for a dental patient is an important step in the work of dentists. The presence of difficulties in diagnosing the phenotypic condition of the gums dictates the need to search for additional clinical diagnostic methods that allow determining the phenotype with minimal time and financial costs.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To determine the relationship between anthropometric values of the face (width and height of the face) and gender with the gin-</p></sec><sec><title>gival phenotype</title><p>gival phenotype.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. During the clinical examinations, an analysis was carried out of the anthropometric data of men and women obtained as a result of photometry, the results of a study of the gingival phenotype by transgingival probing using the De Rouck method and CBCT data (cone beam computed tomography) in patients with their further distribution into groups. A total of 45 people took part in the study, of which 12 were men and 33 were women.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Statistical processing of the obtained data showed that for men, the differences between the groups with different phenotypes (thick/ thin) are reliable for the parameter face width. For women with different gum phenotypes (thick and thin), reliable differences were obtained between the groups for the parameters face height and face width. The gum phenotype correlates with the face width (noticeable correlation for all, high for men and women separately); face height (moderate correlation for all, men and women); but does not correlate with the facial index and gender.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
