Одними из наиболее перспективных хемопротекторов являются глюкозинолаты и их активные производные, такие как 3,3’-дииндолилметан (ДИМ). ДИМ обладает способностью тормозить развитие и прогрессирование неоплазии за счет регуляции множества внутриклеточных сигнальных путей. В настоящее время проводится изучение клинической эффективности ДИМ при раке молочной железы и простаты, а также исследуется возможность применения антиоксидантных и противовоспалительных свойств ДИМ при нейродегенеративных, метаболических и иммунных заболеваниях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Optimal nutrition requires complete provision of the human needs not only for energy, macro- and micronutrients, but also for minor biologically active substances. Some of the most promising chemoprotectors are glucosinolates and their active derivatives, such as 3,3’-diindolylmethane (DIM). DIM has the ability to inhibit the development and progression of neoplasia by regulating multiple intracellular signaling pathways.
