Методы лабораторной диагностики играют ведущую роль в этиологической диагностике, установлении этиологии, определении тяжести течения и прогноза острого панкреатита. В исследовании представлен анализ возможностей современных методов лабораторной диагностики в отношении клинической практики в соответствии с принципами доказательной медицины, продемонстрированы взаимосвязь их возможностей, стратегия и последовательность применения, их эффективность в каждой конкретной клинической ситуации.

Methods of laboratory diagnostics play a leading role in the etiological diagnosis, determining etiology, determining the severity and prognosis of acute pancreatitis. The study presents an analysis of the capabilities of modern methods of laboratory diagnostics in clinical practice, in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine, demonstrated the relationship of their capabilities, strategy and consistency in the application, their performance in each specific clinical situation.
