Значение индивидуальных генетических особенностей рассмотрено на примере двух пациентов различной этнической принадлежности. Несмотря на то что достоверно патогенных вариантов выявлено не было, мы обнаружили ряд индивидуальных особенностей митохондриальной ДНК у каждого пациента, которые могут иметь клиническую значимость. На примере описанных случаев рассматриваются современные подходы персонализированной диагностики. Кроме того, продемонстрирована тесная связь лабораторных и постлабораторных методик в проведении молекулярно-генетических исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article, the results of mitochondrial DNA sequencing in the group of unrelated patients with mitochondrial encephalo-myopathy diagnosed are presented. Significance of individual genetic particularities is evaluated through example of two patients with different ethnical background. In spite of not revealing confirmed pathogenic variants, we found several individual particularities of mitochondrial DNA, which may have clinical significance, in each patient. Through these examples modern approaches of personalized diagnostics are considered.
