Согласно некоторым литературным данным, применение химиотерапевтического триплета в первой линии улучшает показатели выживаемости пациентов. В промежуточном анализе проспективного рандомизированного исследования III фазы рассматривается сравнение химиотерапевтических режимов mFOLFIRINOX и mFOLFOX6 в первой линии лечения HER2-негативной аденокарциномы желудка. При промежуточном анализе достоверно выявить различия между пациентами, получившими mFOLFIRINOX или mFOLFOX6, в отношении первичной конечной точки мВБП удалось лишь в группе больных с диссеминацией процесса в забрюшинные лимфоузлы. В целом по результатам данной работы можно сделать вывод, что большинство пациентов не нуждается в интенсификации первой линии лечения аденокарциномы желудка в виде проведения химиотерапии в режиме mFOLFIRINOX. Однако окончательные выводы об эффективности тройной комбинации позволят сделать лишь финальные результаты по завершении всего исследования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Given the poor treatment outcomes of disseminated gastric cancer (dGC), the search for new drug treatment options remains a pressing issue. According to some literature, the use of a chemotherapeutic triplet in the first line improves patient survival rates. An interim analysis of a prospective randomised phase III trial examines the comparison of the chemotherapeutic regimens mFOLFIRINOX and mFOLFOX6 in the first-line treatment of HER2-negative gastric adenocarcinoma. In this interim analysis, significant differences between patients receiving mFOLFIRINOX or mFOLFOX6 regarding the primary endpoint of mVBP were detected only in the group of patients with dissemination to the retroperitoneal lymph nodes. Overall, based on the results of this work, it can be concluded that the majority of patients do not require intensification of first-line treatment for gastric adenocarcinoma in the form of mFOLFIRINOX chemotherapy.
