При анализе первичных иммунофенотипов бластных клеток36 больных ОМА установлен ряд иммунофенотипических особенностей бластов при различных FAB-вариантах острых миелоидных лейкозов. Больший процент бластных клеток с экспрессией миелопероксидазы, молекулы HLA-DR и c-kit рецептора CD117 выявлены в группе гранулоцитарных лейкозов, в то время как промиелоцитарный лейкоз демонстрировал CD123++-фенотип и характеризовался более выраженным процентом CD13+-бластов. Полученные данные могут быть использованы при отработке цитометрических протоколов для диагностического иммунофенотипирования и выявления параллелей с цитогенетическими аберрациями бластной клетки при ОМА. Кроме того, индивидуальный иммунофенотипический профиль бластных клеток, выявленный при первичной диагностике на основании подробного иммунологического исследования с использованием панелей Euro-Flow, может быть использован для последующего мониторинга минимальной остаточной болезни в случае ОМА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) was examined in the article, and expression on blast cells of AML of linearly non-resolved and pan-myeloid antigens was analyzed using the eight-color Euro-Flow flow-cytometric protocols. In the analysis of primary immunophenotypes of blast cells, 36 patients with AML have a number of immunophenotypic features of blasts in various FAB variants of acute myeloid leukemias. A greater percentage of blast cells with the expression of myeloperoxidase, HLA-DR molecule and CD117 receptor c-kit were detected in the granulocyte leukemia group, while promyelocytic leukemia showed CD123++-phenotype and was characterized by a more pronounced percentage of CD13+-blasts. The data obtained can be used to develop cytometric protocols for diagnostic immunophenotyping and to identify parallels with cytogenetic aberrations of the blast cell in AML.
