Проблема сочетания анкилозирующего спондилита (АС) и воспалительных заболеваний кишечника (ВЗК) является междисциплинарной. Современные подходы к изучению данного вопроса среди ревматологов и гастроэнтерологов несколько отличаются. Сочетание этих двух патологий является потенциальным фактором более тяжелого течения данных заболеваний и может затруднять подбор терапии. В статье представлен обзор некоторых маркеров, показавших высокую специфичность в диагностике, АС и ВЗК.

The problem of the combination of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) is interdisciplinary. Modern approaches to studying this issue among rheumatologists and gastroenterologists are somewhat different. The combination of these two pathologies is a potential factor for a more severe course of these diseases. The article provides an overview of some markers that have shown high specificity in the diagnosis of AS and IBD
