Рассмотрены целевые параметры, рекомендованные для оценки контрактильного резерва и сопутствующих гемодинамических нарушений (митральная недостаточность, легочная гипертензия), а также принципы интерпретации результатов стресс-теста у пациентов с дилатационной КМП. Приведен алгоритм диагностики и ведения пациентов с гипертрофической КМП как с симптомной, так и субклинической обструкцией выходного тракта левого желудочка (ЛЖ).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The current review is focused on the potentials of stress echocardiography (stress-echo) in cardiomyopathies (CM). The target parameters recommended for contractile reserve assesment and concomitant hemodynamic disorders (mitral regurgitation, pulmonary hypertension), as well as principles for interpreting the results of stress test in patients with dilated CM are mentioned.
