Обсуждаются вопросы назначения как топической, так и системной терапии акне. Особое внимание уделено терапии системным изотретиноином. Обсуждаются клинические примеры назначения препарата Сотрет при акне средней и тяжелой степеней тяжести.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article provides an overview of modern guidelines for acne treatment. The issues of prescribing both topical and systemic acne therapy are discussed. Particular attention is paid to systemic isotretinoin therapy.
