Статья представляет собой обзор литературы с подробным описанием патогенеза и основными комбинациями терапевтических подходов. Затронут вопрос использования пероральных и топических ингибиторов янус-киназ для лечения витилиго.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease that causes skin depigmentation. The article is a review of the literature with a detailed description of the pathogenesis and the main combinations of therapeutic approaches.
