В статье рассмотрены механизмы взаимосвязи стресса с артериальной гипертонией, взаимосвязь стресса с гипертонией «белого халата» и маскированной артериальной гипертонией, периоперационной гипертонией. Представлен краткий обзор результатов клинических исследований о взаимосвязи хронического стресса и артериальной гипертонии, в т. ч. стресса на работе и в повседневной жизни. Рассмотрены современные подходы к профилактике и лечению стресс-индуцированной гипертонии, которые включают рекомендации по изменению образа жизни, способы управления стрессом, медикаментозную терапию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>New ESH data on risk factors for arterial hypertension are presented. The article examines the mechanisms of the relationship between stress and arterial hypertension, the relationship of stress with white coat hypertension and masked arterial hypertension, perioperative hypertension. A brief review of the results of clinical studies on the relationship between chronic stress and arterial hypertension, including stress at work and in everyday life, is presented.
