В процессе систематического обзора были проанализированы данные литературы о составе зубных паст, выявлены наиболее распространённые аллергены и описана клиническая картина контактной аллергии на ингредиенты зубных паст. Показано, что наиболее распространенными аллергенами в составе зубных паст являются ароматизаторы. Также в качестве потенциальных аллергенов выступают кокамидопропил бетаин, пропиленгликоль, эфирные масла, парабены и прополис.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A review of modern Russian and foreign, mainly English, literature on the topic of contact allergy to toothpaste ingredients is carried out. During the systematic review, literature data on the composition of toothpastes are analyzed, the most common allergens are identified, and the clinical picture of contact allergy to toothpaste ingredients is described. It is shown that the most common allergens in toothpastes are fragrances.
