Обобщен обширный опыт применения данного метода при различных злокачественных новообразованиях, оценены влияние на локорегиональный контроль, безрецидивную и общую выживаемость, качество жизни, токсичность и летальность. Описаны особенности дозиметрического планирования, визуализации мишени и перспективы ИОЛТ: стереоскопическая навигация и интеграция лапароскопических и прероботических хирургических техник с ИОЛТ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article gives a review of the historical reference and presents the innovative approaches to intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) procedures as effective method of oncology treatment. The authors summarize big experience to use this method in the different cancer diseases, estimate the influence on locoregional control, disease-free survival and overall survival, quality of life, toxicity, postoperative mortality.
