Цель исследования. Данное исследование нацелено на анализ распространенности и факторов развития болей в шее среди студентов российских вузов, с акцентом на влияние этих болей на качество жизни, учебную деятельность и общее благополучие студентов.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Исследование базируется на данных, полученных от 780 студентов через анкетирование на платформе Google Forms. Применялись методы дескриптивной статистики и корреляционного анализа, с использованием программного обеспечения SPSS для обработки данных.

Результаты

Результаты. Обнаружена высокая распространенность болей в шее среди студентов (75.4 %). Анализ показал связь между болями в шее и различными аспектами жизни, включая физическую активность, стресс, использование мобильных устройств и уровень физической активности. Выявлена также взаимосвязь между болями в шее и психосоциальным здоровьем студентов, в частности, с тревогой и депрессией.

Выводы

Выводы. Исследование подчеркивает необходимость комплексного подхода в профилактике и лечении болей в шее у студентов. Рекомендуется разработка программ, направленных на улучшение физического и психологического здоровья студентов, включая упражнения для шеи и спины, коррекцию образа жизни и психологическую поддержку.

Objective

Objective. This study aims to analyze the prevalence and developmental factors of neck pain among students of Russian higher education institutions, with an emphasis on the impact of this pain on quality of life, academic activities, and overall well-being of students.

Materials and Methods

Materials and Methods. The study is based on data obtained from 780 students through a survey conducted on the Google Forms platform. Descriptive statistics and correlational analysis methods were applied, utilizing SPSS software for data processing.

Results

Results. A high prevalence of neck pain among students (75.4 %) was identified. The analysis revealed a connection between neck pain and various aspects of life, including physical activity, stress, the use of mobile devices, and levels of physical activity. A correlation between neck pain and the psychosocial health of students was also established, particularly with anxiety and depression.

Conclusions

Conclusions. The study underscores the necessity of a comprehensive approach in the prevention and treatment of neck pain among students. The development of programs aimed at improving the physical and psychological health of students is recommended, including exercises for neck and back, lifestyle modification, and psychological support.
