В статье представлен опыт лечения 375 спортсменов и артистов балета с пояснично-крестцовым МФБС с использованием пьезоэлектрических ударно-волновых установок Piezoson 100+ и Piezowave фирмы Richard Wolf (Германия). Авторами разработаны методика и необходимые параметры ударно-волнового воздействия в зависимости от патогенетического варианта МФБС, патологии позвоночника и от сочетания пораженных мышц.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>375 athletes and ballet dancers with lumbar and sacral MFPS with piezoelectric shock wave using Piezoson 100+ and Piezowave units (Richard Wolf, Germany) is presented.
