Проанализировать уязвимость группы наркопотребителей к синдемии ВИЧ-инфекции и COVID‑19.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проанализированы данные персонифицированного учета больных ВИЧ-инфекцией в Московской области, перенесших COVID‑19 в период 2020–2021 годов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Алкогольная и наркотическая зависимости являются дополнительным фактором, усугубляющим тяжесть течения COVID‑19 у пациентов с ВИЧ-инфекцией. Механизм этого дополнительного влияния – как в уязвимости данной группы ввиду поведенческих рисков, так и в психосоциальных проблемах, влияющих на приверженность лечению ВИЧ-инфекции, что, в свою очередь, не позволяет достичь иммунологической и вирусологической эффективности антиретровирусной терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В статье приведены данные, свидетельствующие о том, что люди, живущие с ВИЧ/СПИДом, страдающие алкогольной и наркотической зависимостями, более уязвимы к COVID‑19 в части тяжести течения и летальности от заболевания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study the vulnerability of a group of drug users to the HIV/COVID‑19 syndemic.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials. We used data from personalized registration of patients with HIV infection in the Moscow region, which were ill with covid‑19 in 2020–2021.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Alcohol and drug addiction are an additional factor that makes the course of COVID‑19 more severe in patients with HIV infection. The reasons for this additional influence, both in the vulnerability of this group due to behavioral risks, and in psychosocial problems affecting adherence to HIV treatment, and this factor does not allow achieving the immunological and virological effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
