Трансформация микробиома в патобиом, нарушение барьерной функции кишки, а также иммунной функции микробиоты приводит к развитию синдрома системного воспаления и полиорганной недостаточности. Понимание патофизиологических механизмов нарушения функции кишки, трансформации микробиома в патобиом необходимо для проведения адекватной интенсивной терапии и улучшения прогноза заболевания пациентов, перенесших оперативное вмешательство.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Postoperative ileus remains one of the main problems of surgical patients in the intensive care unit. Transformation of the microbiome into a pathobiome, failure of intestinal barrier function and immune function of microbiota leads to the development of systemic inflammation syndrome and multiple organ failure.
