Пятилетняя выживаемость больных составляет менее 9 %. При мутации в гене BRCA риск возникновения опухоли повышается, однако влияние данной мутации на клиническое течение болезни мало изучено и представляет определенный научно-практический интерес. Представлен обзор мировой литературы о клиническом значении герминальных мутаций – рисках возникновения злокачественного новообразования, выборе тактики лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma occupies a leading position in mortality among other malignant neoplasms. The five-year survival of patients is less than 9 %. Risk of a tumor development increases with a mutation in the BRCA gene, however, the effect of this mutation on the clinical course of the disease has been poorly studied and is of certain scientific and practical interest.
