Цель исследования: определить частоту встречаемости жалоб и неблагоприятных явлений со стороны ВНЧС во время терапевтического лечения по мнению врачей–стоматологов–терапевтов и врачей–стоматологов общей практики, и выявить их подходы к снижению нагрузки на ВНЧС при лечении этой группы пациентов.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы: проводилось анкетирование врачей-стоматологов-терапевтов, врачей-стоматологов-общей практики (82 респондента). Анкету предоставляли для заполнения в бумажной форме, а также в электронном виде Google Forms в зависимости от предпочтений и местонахождения респондента.

Результаты

Результаты: данный опрос показал высокую частоту встречаемости неблагоприятных явлений со стороны ВНЧС во время терапевтического лечения, 92,7% опрошенных встречали осложнения со стороны ВНЧС после лечения, чаще всего осложнения наступали при проведении эндодонтического лечения (34,2%) и работе длительностью более 60 минут (61,5%).

Заключение

Заключение: данный опрос показал высокую частоту встречаемости негативных явлений о стороны ВНЧС во время терапевтического лечения по мнению врачей-стоматологов. Дробное лечение и/или перерывы на отдых способствует уменьшению нагрузки на ВНЧС и прилежащие структуры, однако единый подход к проведению терапевтического лечения пациентов с жалобами гнатологического характера на данный момент отсутствует и требует разработки.

Purpose

Purpose: to determine the frequency of occurrence of gnathological complications during therapeutic treatment in the opinion of dentists-internists, dentists-general practitioners and to identify their approaches to the treatment of this group of patients.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods: a survey of dentists-internists, dentists-general practitioners was conducted (82 respondents). The questionnaire was provided for filling out in paper form, as well as in electronic form by Google Forms, depending on the preferences and location of the respondent.

Results

Results: this survey showed a high incidence of gnathological complications during therapeutic treatment, 92.68% of respondents encountered complications from the TMJ after treatment in patients. Most often, complications occurred during root canal treatment (34.2%) and work lasting more than 60 minutes (61.5%). Both similar and different features were identified in the treatment of this group of patients.

Conclusions

Conclusions: despite the high incidence of gnathological complications in the therapeutic rehabilitation of patients, according to dentists, there is currently no unified approach to the treatment of patients in this group and requires further development.
