Актуальность. Стромальные саркомы эндометрия являются редкими опухолями, на долю которых приходится около 0,2 % всех злокачественных новообразований половых путей. Считается, что они чаще встречаются у женщин в пременопаузе. Стромальные саркомы эндометрия являются гормонально чувствительными опухолями. Учитывая редкость этих опухолей, в литературе имеется ограниченное количество сообщений, касающихся клинического ведения и окончательного исхода этих случаев.

Цель работы

Цель работы. Изучение основных патогенетических, клинических и морфологических особенностей эндометриальной стромальной саркомы на примере клинического случая.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Подбор литературы осуществлялся с использованием базы данных PubMed по ключевым словам. Описан клинический случай с результатами клинического обследования пациента, инструментальных, лабораторных и патологоанатомических методов исследования.

Результаты и выводы

Результаты и выводы. Диагностика эндометриальной стромальной саркомы затруднительна, верификация опухоли требует обязательного проведения гистологического исследования. Сложности диагностики во многом определяют низкую раннюю выявляемость и плохой прогноз у пациентов с саркомами эндометрия.

Relevance

Relevance. Endometrial stromal sarcomas are rare tumors that account for about 0.2% of all malignant tumors of the genital tract. It is believed that they are more common in premenopausal women. Endometrial stromal sarcomas are hormone-sensitive tumors. Because of the rarity of this tumor, there are a limited number of reports in the publications concerning the clinical control and the final result of such cases.

Purpose

Purpose. To study the main pathogenetic, clinical and morphological features of endometrial stromal sarcoma on the example of a clinical case.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. The article presents a clinical case of malignant tumor of the uterus, histologically – endometrial stromal sarcoma.

Results and conclusions

Results and conclusions. Diagnosis of endometrial stromal sarcoma is difficult; tumor verification requires mandatory histological examination. Difficulties in diagnosis largely determine the low early detection and poor prognosis in patients with endometrial sarcomas.
