В статье представлен клинический случай успешного применения ингибиторов иммунных контрольных точек в первой линии лечения неоперабельной злокачественной мезотелиомы плевры и тактика коррекции иммуноопосредованных осложнений у относительно пожилой пациентки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cytostatic therapy still remains the gold standard for the treatment of inoperable pleural mesothelioma with a life expectancy of about 9–18 months.
