Описаны случаи негативного воздействия на здоровье подростков. Приводится анализ результатов научных исследований, проведенных в России и за рубежом в период с 2015 по 2023 год и представленных в отечественных и зарубежных научных публикациях, которые затрагивают широкий спектр проблем, связанных с влиянием энерготоников на здоровье и адаптационный потенциал молодежи, употребления большого количества энергетических напитков на параметры электрокардиограммы и кровяного давления, на здоровье студентов-медиков, концентрацию внимания студентов, в том числе и исследования, проведенные на животных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides information about energy drinks, the composition and properties of substances that make up energy drinks, their effect on the body. Cases of negative impact on the health of adolescents are described.
