Результаты последних исследований свидетельствуют о высокой терапевтической эффективности различных видов магнитотерапии. Курсовое применение локального низкочастотного магнитного поля снижает воспалительную реакцию и способствует восстановлению структуры эпидермиса и дермы на пораженных участках кожи.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Изучение безопасности и эффективности локальной магнитотерапии при ограниченной форме спонгиотического дерматоза с нарушением кожного барьера у детей и подростков.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследовании принимали участие 44 пациента в возрасте от 5 до 16 лет. Пациенты были разделены на две группы: первая получала наружную терапию и локальную низкочастотную магнитотерапию, пациенты второй получали наружную терапию и плацебо (физиотерапевтическое лечение).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По данным исследования, подтверждается эффективность и безопасность локальной магнитотерапии при очаговом зудящем дерматозе в сочетании с базовыми наружными средствами и более быстрый результат лечения с продолжительной ремиссией.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Применение локальной магнитотерапии в комплексе со стандартной наружной терапией способствует купированию клинической симптоматики локального экзематозного дерматоза и улучшает качество жизни пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The search for modern and affordable methods for the treatment of dermatoses remains an urgent problem in domestic dermatology. The results of recent studies indicate the high therapeutic efficacy of various types of magnetotherapy. The course application of a local low-frequency magnetic field reduces the inflammatory response and helps to restore the structure of the epidermis and dermis in the affected areas of the skin.</p><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study. To study the safety and efficacy of local magnetic therapy in a limited form of spongiotic dermatosis with a violation of the skin barrier in children and adolescents.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study involved 44 children aged 5 to 16 years. The patients were divided into two groups: the first group combined external therapy and local low-frequency magnetotherapy, the patients of the second group received external therapy and placebo in physiotherapy treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the study, the efficacy and safety of local magnetic therapy in focal pruritic dermatosis in combination with basic external agents and a faster treatment result with prolonged remission are confirmed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
