Применение спектрального анализа вариабельности сердечного ритма (ВСР) при выборе лекарственного средства при терапии аритмии и артериальной гипертонии получает все большее распространение в экспериментальной и клинической практике. Данный метод благодаря проводимому математическому анализу временных и частотных характеристик изменчивости сердечного ритма позволяет получать представление о медленных колебательных процессах, которые постоянно существуют в организме и имеют свойства автоволн. Использование этого метода дает представление о роли различных отделов вегетативной нервной системы (симпатического и парасимпатического), а также реализации гуморальных механизмов в осуществлении хронотропной функции сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this study, spectral parameters in patients with various forms of atrial ﬁbrillation and the effect of the class III antiarrhythmic drug amiodarone on these parameters were studied. The use of spectral analysis of heart rate variability (hereinafter referred to as HRV) when choosing a drug for the treatment of arrhythmia and arterial hypertension is becoming increasingly widespread in experimental and clinical practice. This method, thanks to the mathematical analysis of the time and frequency characteristics of heart rate variability, allows you to get an idea of slow oscillatory processes that constantly exist in the body and have the properties of autowaves.
