Лечение и профилактика мочекаменной болезни являются одной из актуальных проблем современной медицины. В России в последние десятилетия отмечена тенденция к увеличению распространенности уролитиаза, причем в разных регионах заболеваемость мочекаменной болезнью отличается. Это может быть обусловлено особенностями образа жизни и химическим составом воды в разных регионах страны.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Провести анализ химического состава конкрементов у пациентов, проходивших лечение по поводу мочекаменной болезни в Ставропольском крае.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. С помощью метода инфракрасной спектроскопии было изучено 565 конкрементов. Анализ полученных данных показал, что наиболее распространены кальций-оксалатные конкременты (72,80 %), на втором месте – уратные (19,40 %), а затем фосфатные мочевые камни (6,90 %). Наименее часто встречаются цистиновый (0,70 %) и ксантиновый типы конкрементов (0,17 %).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Проведение профилактических мероприятий, направленных на ограничение потребления продуктов с большим содержанием оксалатов и пуринов, а также использование воды с низким содержанием кальция и щелочной реакцией позволят уменьшить заболеваемость мочекаменной болезнью на уровне региона.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. The treatment and prophylaxis of urolithiasis are one of the urgent problems of modern medicine. In Russia in recent decades a tendency to the increase in urolithiasis prevalence has been noted, and the incidence of urolithiasis varies in different regions. This may be due to lifestyle features and chemical composition of water in different regions of the country.</p></sec><sec><title>The aim of the study</title><p>The aim of the study. To analyze the chemical composition of concrements in patients treated for urolithiasis in the Stavropol Region.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. Using infrared (IR) spectroscopy 565 concrements were studied. Analysis of the obtained data showed that calcium-oxalate stones were the most common (72.80 %), followed by urate stones (19.40 %) and then phosphate stones (6.09 %). Cystine (0.70 %) and xanthine type stones (0.17 %) are the least common.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
