Определить нетозобразующую способность нейтрофилов у пациентов с язвенным колитом (ЯК).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 10 пациентов с ЯК (исследуемая группа), контрольную группу составили 22 здоровых добровольца сопоставимого возраста с исследуемой группой. Все пациенты с ЯК получали терапию согласно клиническим рекомендациям. Определяли нетозобразующую способность изолированной фракции нейтрофилов in vitro в обеих группах, используя оригинальную методику, разработанную членами авторского коллектива (патент на изобретение № 2768152 C 1 от 23.03.2022. Заявка № 2021129097 от 06.10.2021).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов с ЯК после 15 минут стимуляции пробиотиком in vitro наблюдалось статистически значимое увеличение клеток раннего нетоза (p &lt; 0,010), облаковидных ловушек (p &lt; 0,001) и нитевидных НВЛ (p &lt; 0,001) в сравнении с контрольной группой. Коэффициент захвата бактерий нейтрофильными ловушками у пациентов с ЯК был статистически значимо ниже показателей, наблюдавшихся в контроле (p &lt; 0,010).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Все выявленные особенности нетозобразующей способности нейтрофилов у пациентов с ЯК могут свидетельствовать об изменении реактивности гранулоцитов, вероятно, под влиянием цитокинов и (или) вследствие терапевтического вмешательства. Формируемые нейтрофильные ловушки обладали меньшими защитными эффектами и, вероятно, большими повреждающими эффектами. Изучение влияния роли нетоза на течение и прогноз ЯК является перспективным исследовательским направлением.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The aim of the study</title><p>The aim of the study. To determine the non-tossing capacity of neutrophils in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Ten patients with UC (study group) were included in the study; the control group consisted of 22 healthy volunteers of comparable age to the study group. All patients with UC received treatment according to clinical guidelines. We determined the non-tumorforming ability of the isolated neutrophil fraction in vitro in both groups using an original technique developed by members of the authors' team (Invention Patent No. 2768152 C 1; dated 23.03.2022. Application No. 2021129097 dated 06.10.2021).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In patients with UC, after 15 minutes of in vitro stimulation with probiotic, there was a statistically significant increase in early netosis cells (p &lt; 0.010), cloud-like traps (p &lt; 0.001) and filamentous NVLs (p &lt; 0.001) compared with the control group. Bacterial uptake rate by neutrophil traps in UC patients was statistically significantly lower than in controls (p &lt; 0.010).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. All identified features of neutrophils non-trapping capacity in UC patients may indicate changes in granulocyte reactivity, probably, under the influence of cytokines and/or due to therapeutic intervention. The neutrophil traps formed had fewer protective effects and probably more damaging effects.
