Оборотной стороной эффективной терапии является развитие нежелательных явлений. Повышение артериального давления относится к наиболее частым осложнением терапии антиангиогенными препаратами с частотой встречаемости до 80 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of antiangiogenic drugs in a single mode or in combination with immunotherapy in disseminated renal cell carcinoma has made it possible to achieve significant results in the therapy of the metastatic process. The flip side of effective therapy is the development of adverse events.
