Данные препараты наиболее востребованы в педиатрии, геронтологии, онкологии, паллиативной медицине, дерматологии. Для внедрения экстемпорального производства лекарственных препаратов в современную практическую медицину необходим ряд мер: изменение нормативных правовых актов, регламентирующих изготовление экстемпоральных лекарственных препаратов; совершенствование современных методов контроля качества; актуализация сборника экстемпоральных лекарственных препаратов; обеспечение внедрения применения экстемпоральных лекарственных препаратов в практическое здравоохранение; модернизация аптечного оборудования; организация повышения квалификации медицинских и фармацевтических специалистов в области назначения, изготовления сложных лекарственных форм в условиях аптек и контроля их производства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Extemporal drugs are an important component in pharmaceutical practice, allowing the provision of dosage forms or dosages that are not commercially available, and the personification of drug therapy. These drugs are most in demand in pediatrics, gerontology, oncology, palliative medicine, dermatology. A number of measures are necessary for the introduction of extemporal production of medicines into modern practical medicine: changing regulatory legal acts regulating the manufacture of extemporal medicines; improvement of modern methods of quality control; updating of the collection of extemporal medicines; ensuring the introduction of the use of extemporal medicines in practical healthcare; modernization of pharmacy equipment; organization of advanced training of medical and pharmaceutical specialists in the field of prescribing, manufacturing complex dosage forms in pharmacies and control of their production.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>экстемпоральное производство лекарственных препаратов</kwd><kwd>показания</kwd><kwd>преимущества</kwd><kwd>внедрение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>extemporal production of medicines</kwd><kwd>indications</kwd><kwd>advantages</kwd><kwd>implementation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Dooms M., Carvalho M.
