Поиск электроэнцефалографических предикторов симптоматических эпилептиформных приступов у детей и подростков с лимфоидными опухолями во время терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Представлены результаты ЭЭГ-исследования 20 детей и подростков в возрасте от 7 до 15 лет с лимфоидными опухолями в период химиотерапии по программе В-NHL-BFM-90/95 и ALL IC-BFM 2002. В зависимости от наличия клинических проявлений пациенты разделены на группы: первая группа (n = 10, без эпилептиформных знаков в ЭЭГ), вторая группа (n = 10, с наличием эпилептиформных знаков).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов первой группы, у которых не было клинических проявлений (судорог), в ЭЭГ регистрировали значимо лучший, по сравнению с пациентами второй группы, альфа-ритм и сенсомоторный ритм (p &lt; 0,001) и значимо меньше дельта-активности и бетачастот (p &lt; 0,001). Обнаружено, несмотря на отсутствие эпилептиформных знаков в ЭЭГ, что у этих пациентов меньше ЭЭГ-коррелятов комплексов «пик – волна» и значимо меньше значений мощности в полосах дельта- и бета-2 – диапазонов частот (p &lt; 0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Применение сравнительного ЭЭГ-картирования позволило выявить предикторы эпилептиформной активности у детей и подростков с лимфоидными опухолями во время проведения химиотерапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To identify electroencephalographic predictors of symptomatic seizure in children and adolescent with lymphoid tumors during chemotherapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. EEG results of a study in 20 children aged 7 to 15 years with lymphoid tumors during chemotherapy under the В-NHLBFM-90/95 и ALL IC-BFM 2002 program are presented. Depending on the presence of clinical manifestations, patients were divided into groups: 1st group (n = 10 without epileptiform signs), 2nd group (n = 10 with epileptiform signs).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In patients of group 1, who did not have clinical manifestations (seizures), the EEG recorded a signifiantly better, compared with patients of group 2, spectral dencity in band alpha rhythm and sensorimotor rhythm (p &lt; 0.001) and signifiantly less delta activity and beta frequencies (p &lt; 0.001). It was found that, despite the absence of epileptiform signs in the EEG, these patients had fewer EEG correlates of the ‘spike-wave’ complexes, and signifiantly less power levels of delta and beta-2 frequency bands (p &lt; 0.001).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
