Терапия пациентов с гипертрофическими рубцами представляет довольно сложную задачу, а объем методов лечения напрямую зависит от длительности существования рубца, его размера и локализации. Под наблюдением находилось 34 пациента (средний возраст 37,4 ± 4,2 года) с гипертрофическими рубцами (длительность существования рубца в среднем составила 6,7 ± 2,3 месяца), которым назначены две процедуры пневмокинетической терапии с глюкокортикостероидом и 5- фторурацилом с интервалом 2 месяца, через месяц после проводили лазеротерапию с использованием неодимового лазера. У пациентов с гипертрофическими рубцами после применения комбинированной физиотерапевтической методики отмечались достоверные изменения показателей УЗ-сканирования: увеличение толщины эпидермиса в 1,5 раза (с восстановлением архитектоники эпидермального слоя), уменьшение толщины дермы в 2,1 раза. Акустическая плотность дермы при этом увеличилась в 2,5 раза.

Therapy of patients with hypertrophic scars is a rather difficult task, and the amount of treatment methods directly depends on the duration of the existence of the scar, its size and localization. The acoustic density of the dermis increased by 2.5 times.
