Динамика изменений минерализации кости изучалась с интервалом в полгода и 1 год. Проведен сравнительный анализ средних значений количественной ультразвуковой денситометрии в различные сроки после установки дентальных имплантатов в контрольной и основной группах.</p><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Значения скорости звука у пациентов с нормальной костной массой составила (4203,3 ± 7,9). У пациентов с остеопенией скорость прохождения ультразвука в костной ткани составила 3992,2 ± 3,6 (р &lt; 0,001); у пациентов с остеопорозом 3802,7 ± 14,9 (р &lt; 0,001). Все эти показатели были получены после применения корригирующей терапии витамином Д3.</p></sec><sec><title>   Выводы</title><p>   Выводы. При анализе результатов количественной ультразвуковой денситометрии выявлено, что в группе пациентов с остеопорозом показатели в среднем на 9,5 % снижены в сравнении с пациентами с нормальными показателями кости (p &lt; 0,001).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The article presents a study of bone mineral density by DEXA and evaluated the effectiveness of correcting therapy using vitamin D by quantitative ultrasound densitometry to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with dental defects in the background of systemic osteoporosis by dental implantation.   Materials and methods: 619 people were examined by quantitative ultrasonic densitometry. The dynamics of changes in bone mineralization was studied with an interval of six months and 1 year. A comparative analysis of the average values of quantitative ultrasonic densitometry was carried out at various times after the installation of dental implants in the control and main groups.   Results. Sound velocity values in patients with normal bone mass were (4203,3 ± 7,9). In patients with osteopenia, the rate of ultrasound in bone tissue was 3992,2 ± 3,6 (p &lt; 0.001); in patients with osteoporosis 3802,7 ± 14,9 (p &lt; 0.001).
