В работе представлены результаты обследования 91 пациентки с синдромом обструктивной дефекации. Функциональная оценка проводилась по результатам аноректальной манометрии высоко разрешения, сфинктероманометрии, стимуляционной электромиографии для изучения проводимости по пудендальному нерву. Были выявлены характерные изменения в виде спазма пубо-ректальной петли, диссенергии, пудендальной нейропатии. Следует включать в алгоритм обследования таких пациенток перечисленные виды исследований, что позволяет в ряде случаев с успехом применять консервативные виды коррекции расстройств дефекации в до-и послеоперационном периоде.

The paper presents the results of a survey of 91 patients with obstructive defecation syndrome. Functional assessment was carried out according to the results of anorectal manometry high resolution, sphincterotomy, stimulation electromyography for the study of conductivity in pudentilla nerve. The characteristic changes of spasm, pubo-rectal loop, dissynergy, pudendal neuropathy were revealed. These types of studies, which allow in some cases to take the conservative types of correction of disorders of defecation in the pre- and postoperative period should be included in the algorithm of examination of patients.
