Повсеместное проникновение менталитета бульварной прессы буквально во все области жизни негативно сказывается, к сожалению, даже на восприятии профессионалами результатов доказательных исследований. В результате без тщательного прочтения и обстоятельного анализа того или иного доказательного исследования многие специалисты могут прийти к совершенно превратным выводам, которые находятся в полном противоречии с реально полученными результатами. В настоящей работе представлен детальный анализ одного из доказательных исследований по использованию витаминно-минеральных комплексов во время беременности (Nohr et al., 2014). Показано, как детальный анализ текста и данных исследования позволяет сделать не только обоснованные и практически полезные выводы, но и указать на принципиально важные направления дальнейшего проведения доказательных исследований в этой области.
The pervasive penetration of the tabloid press mentality affects, literally, all areas of life. Unfortunately, it affects even the perception of the results of the evidence-based research by health professionals. As the result, without a thorough reading and a thorough analysis of this or that piece of evidentiary research, many specialists can come to completely false conclusions, which are in complete disagreement with the actual results obtained. In this paper, a detailed analysis of one of the evidence-based studies on the use of vitamin-mineral complexes during pregnancy is presented (Nohr et al., Internatonal Journal of Epidemiology, 2014; 43: 174-184). It is shown how a detailed analysis of the text and of the data presented in a paper makes it possible not only to produce valid and practically useful conclusions, but also to point out the fundamentally important areas for further research.
