<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Keratolysis pitted (KP) is a poorly studied infectious disease of the skin of the feet, often occurring without subjective sensations. One of the features of the disease is that nine genera of bacteria can cause similar symptoms on the soles. Many dermatologists and general practitioners consider this disease to be mycosis, and prescribe the wrong treatment to the patient for many months. At the same time, against the background of KP, conditions are created for the occurrence of sensitization and the development of microbial eczema.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кератолиз мелкоточечный</kwd><kwd>эритематозная опрелость стоп</kwd><kwd>гипергидроз</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>keratolysis pitted</kwd><kwd>erythematous foot diaper rash</kwd><kwd>hyperhidrosis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">De Almeida HL Jr, de Castro LA, Rocha NE, Abrantes VL.
