Исследование посвящено изучению содержания коллагенов I и III типов, ламинина в эпидермисе и дерме, инсулиноподобного и сосудистого факторов роста в коже женщин с сохраненным менструальным циклом и женщин, находящихся в менопаузе. Также проведено исследование содержания этих же показателей после проведенных косметологических процедур, направленных на улучшение качества кожи. В постменопаузальном периоде наблюдается незначительное снижение содержания в коже коллагенов I и III типов, ламинина, инсулиноподобного и сосудистого факторов роста. Косметологические процедуры, направленные на коррекцию возрастных изменений через стимуляцию регенеративных процессов в коже, эффективны как у женщин с сохраненным менструальным циклом, так и у женщин, находящихся в менопаузальном периоде.

The study is devoted to the study of the content of collagen types I and III, laminin in the epidermis and dermis, insulin-like and vascular growth factors in the skin of women with a preserved menstrual cycle and women in menopause. A study was also made of the content of the same indicators after cosmetic procedures aimed at improving the quality of the skin. The degree of effectiveness of cosmetic procedures for skin regeneration was determined depending on the presence or absence of menopause.
